All media (photographs, images, music, video, sound) remain the sole copyright of the original author, Adrian Jones, unless otherwise stated explicitly. No unauthorised usage, reproduction, or distribution is allowed.
Please contact the author at email@example.com to discuss rates, terms and conditions of use. Please note, no works will be used in advertising projects, nor for political or religious purposes. Works purchased or streamed through a third-party (iTunes, Spotify, or similar) are bound by their terms and conditions of sale where relevant. I am not interested in partaking in modification or remixes of my work at this time, I ask that you do not take my work and modify it in any way or produce ‘derivative’ artworks from it.
Sharing on Social Networks:
When sharing please make sure you link back to the original image or page, as well as captioning the entry appropriately. A caption should include the author’s name and copyright (© A.Jones), the title of the entry, plus a link back to either this website’s home page (vexations.co.uk) or a direct link to the source page. Although not always practical it is courteous to notify me when you share my work.
Your personal/private data is not held or shared by vexations.co.uk in any way. However, when donating or purchasing works via a third-party, those services may hold your personal data for their own purposes in accordance with their own privacy policies.
This site has been tested and confirmed to work correctly in standards compliant browsers such as Firefox, Chromium/Chrome, Safari, and Opera. There are no guarantees made for other browsers that are not standards compliant such as Internet Explorer. In the case it does not work, as a general rule make sure you are running the latest version of your browser, and the latest version of the relevant Java machine for your system. This site does not use Flash itself, however embedded content such as videos may use a flash-based player if your browser does not support HTML5 video playback.
